Join Admiral Security as a CCTV & IT Field Technician in Moncton, NB, specializing in the installation and support of CCTV systems across Atlantic Canada. This full-time position includes periodic travel and callout duties.

As a technician with over three years of relevant experience, you will be key in providing service and ongoing support for CCTV installations.

Your role will transform client needs into actionable solutions while requiring you to answer after-hours service requests when necessary. Bilingual communication is favored to deliver exemplary client service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage installation and maintenance of CCTV systems

• Perform troubleshooting and repairs on-site

• Conduct thorough site assessments and planning

• Relocate and transport equipment as needed

• Ensure proper router and network configuration

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on CCTV experience

• Strong understanding of networking and IP cameras

• Documented experience in security system maintenance

• Valid driver’s license required

• Open to Saturday callouts and remote work
