Job Summary:
Supervising and training a crew of 6 to 12 peopleEnsure that the crew is operating to optimize safety, service & quality measuresLead and train crew with field applications, work with field supervisors and communicate with customers and managementResponsible for paperwork and mobile time appAble to work with a team and install a quality Centi Mark roof with hours provided in a safe and orderly mannerCandidate Requirements:
Minimum of 5 or more years’ experience in general roofingWorking knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safetyValid and current Driver's LicenseExperience with EPDM, TPO, PVC and BUR systemsExperience with Leak InvestigationsAbility to lift up to 50 lbsAbility to climb up and down ladders to minimum heights of 25 feetAbility to learn and follow ministry and company safety policiesAbility to work on weekends and/or Holidays as neededAble to travel out of town (50%)Benefits:
