We're looking for a dedicated Truck and Coach Technician with 2-3 years of relevant experience. You'll inspect and service equipment, ensuring customers receive the best care. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential to convey servicing needs effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and repair equipment both on-site and in-shop
• Communicate repair needs and obtain customer authorizations
• Maintain service paperwork and customer relationships
• Participate in service training, adhering to safety protocols
• Update and manage all service records on-site
Requirements:
• Trade certification or Journeyman Red Seal standard
• 2-3 years of mechanical service experience
• Proven customer service and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication skills for customer interactions
• Comply with Health & Safety regulations
