In this field service role, you will perform maintenance and repairs on a range of dental equipment while adhering to manufacturer guidelines. You will also be responsible for training customers on equipment usage and managing inventory effectively. Strong communication is crucial as you will assist in presenting maintenance proposals to clients.

• Use and maintain calibration tools effectively
• Repair equipment according to specifications
• Ensure timely compliance with service commitments
• Collaborate with Sales for customer maintenance agreements
Requirements:

Required:
Electronics diploma
• 2 to 3 years' experience in similar roles
• Valid driver's license required
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Bilingual in English and French preferred
