As a Field Service Engineer, you will service vacuum cleaners, pressure washers, scrubbers, and sweepers. You will troubleshoot machinery, complete repairs within contracted Service Level Agreements, and support customer satisfaction. The work requires technical communication, accurate reporting, and real-time system updates.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose, service, and repair industrial cleaning machinery
Complete repairs within contracted service level agreements
Attend planned maintenance and Portable Appliance Test calls
Update jobs and asset data in SERVICESMARTPro
Provide detailed reports after every site visit
Requirements:
Full UK manual driving licence is essential
Experience servicing and repairing industrial cleaning equipment
Understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
Ability to interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams
Experience in field service engineering, preferably industrial or manufacturing
