Miele Appliance Service Technician

Serve Miele consumers remotely from Montreal using appliance repair expertise, troubleshooting skills, and confident technical communication. Support positive service interactions at the highest level.

As a Service Technician, you resolve appliance challenges and provide remedies with support from regional resources. You communicate findings to the RSM and Technical Services, coordinate training needs, and support field communication. The position requires customer service or administrative experience, computer fluency, and at least two years of service or appliance repair experience.

• Resolve appliance challenges and provide appropriate consumer remedies
• Share site findings with the RSM and colleagues
• Coordinate training requirements and technical field communication
• Maintain third-party relationships through technical support
• Organize van inventory, tools, schedules, jobs, and communications

• At least two years of service or appliance repair experience
• Customer service or administrative experience
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
• Strong computer understanding for Miele systems
• Effective communication and escalation resolution abilities
