Adelphoi Education has multiple full-time Special Education teaching opportunities! We will offer you an excellent benefits package, a starting salary of $45,000, and a 190-day contract. Our highly structured class sizes are small, maxing at 12 students with built-in behavioral support.
Duties And Responsibilities Of The Special Education Teacher- Facilitate learning of academic, social, and life skills.
- Develop advanced lesson plans and performance tasks with desired stated outcomes for each plan of teaching.
- Maintain thorough and organized working files for all students receiving services.
- Administer pre/post tests and incorporate results and needs of students into educational planning.
Requirements: PK-12 Special Education. Elementary Certification preferred.
