In This Role, You Will:
  • Deliver safe, accurate, patient‑centered care in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
  • Clearly educate and empower patients and families to build confidence in care plans and support positive outcomes.

Qualifications:
  • Active RN license in the state in which you work with at least one year of clinical experience delivering quality care.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to patient locations (approximately 20% of the day).
  • Strong time management, tech proficiency (EMR, mobile devices), and commitment to timely charting.

Compensation includes patient care visits, non‑visit activities, paid days off, shift premium pay, and a first‑year success bonus. Compensation potential varies by market.
