Steel Tech Building Systems is a premier Metal Building Manufacturer specializing in engineering design, fabrication, and delivery of top-quality metal building and structural steel projects. STBS has an opening for a detail-driven, business-minded Senior Staff Accountant who takes pride in accuracy and building strong cross‑functional relationships. In this role, you’ll be a key partner in ensuring financial integrity, healthy cash flow, and operational excellence across the organization.

• Manage Accounts Payable, create strong vendor relationships, oversee approvals and vendor payments
• Maintain strong relationships with internal partners, including supply chain and manufacturing
• Manage Accounts Receivable by monitoring aging reports, credit limits, payment terms, open balances, and communicating with customers
• Prepare weekly AR, AP, and cash flow reports
• Monitor sales tax compliance, including correct rates and exemption documentation
• Maintain accurate general ledger accounts and provide monthly variance analysis against budgets
• Ensure compliance with revenue recognition standards

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting
• 5-7 years’ experience in manufacturing accounting
• Strong attention to detail and solid accounting fundamentals
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Clear communicator who works well independently and cross‑functionally
