Starting pay: $17/hour, based on experience
We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Purchasing Clerk to help keep our purchasing and inventory activities running smoothly. If you enjoy staying organized, working with suppliers, and supporting day-to-day operations, this role could be a great fit.
What you’ll do- Create and process purchase orders
- Communicate with suppliers on a daily basis
- Track inventory, deliveries, and order status
- Help resolve shipping and invoice issues
- Support front desk operations and incoming calls
- Purchase local items using a company vehicle when needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–2 years of related experience (preferred)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Clear communication skills and a practical, problem-solving mindset
- A valid driver’s license with a clean motor vehicle record
