This role plays a critical part in maintaining accurate systems, supporting production schedules, and ensuring smooth communication across departments and with suppliers.

Brief DescriptionJob Title: Supply Chain Administrator
Location: Monett, Missouri
Reports To: Supply Chain Manager
Key Responsibilities Inventory SupportWinning looks like: Balanced inventory levels that prevent overstocking and stockouts while ensuring smooth production flow.
- Coordinate inbound materials and outbound orders with production, sales, and logistics teams
- Support inventory accuracy initiatives and system alignment
- Assist with periodic inventory reporting and reconciliation
- Help maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
Winning looks like: Timely and accurate procurement of materials that supports production schedules, maintains supplier reliability, and minimizes delays.
- Create and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies
- Maintain accurate purchasing records, files, reports, and invoices
- Assist with supplier documentation and pricing updates
- Support routine supplier communications
- Reconcile invoices with accounting and resolve discrepancies
- Obtain and maintain required supporting documentation

- Track late, incorrect, or incomplete orders and follow through to resolution
- Communicate order status, delays, and issues proactively to internal stakeholders
- Document and elevate supplier concerns appropriately
- Support issue resolution to maintain strong supplier relationships

- Maintain data accuracy across purchasing systems, spreadsheets, and platforms
- Assist with daily supply chain transactions and documentation
- Prioritize incoming requests and communicate timelines clearly
- Streamline communication between internal teams and external suppliers
- Provide data entry, reporting, and documentation support

- 1–3 years of experience in supply chain, purchasing, or administrative support preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
