Job DescriptionThe Monett R-1 School District is in need of caring and motivated paraprofessionals to work in the Functional Skills Classroom at Monett Elementary for the school year. The role involves supporting students with communication and cognitive needs, assisting them in gaining daily living skills, and collaborating with teachers, counselors, and administration to implement team-developed, school-based supports and instructional plans.
