Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Application Engineer to support and maintain critical systems and customer environments. This role is responsible for remote technical support, system troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure optimal system performance and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, communicates effectively across teams, and brings deep technical expertise in IT operations and application support.

• Perform remote customer support including system design, installation, repair, testing, and maintenance of technical products.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across applications, infrastructure, and third-party systems to drive resolution.
• Serve as a liaison between customers, internal teams, and third-party vendors.
• Provide guidance and training to customers on system operation and proprietary software.
• Support and monitor environments including servers, firewalls, routers, Active Directory, and cloud platforms.
• Assist with application support, including .NET-based systems.
• Communicate customer feedback to engineering and product teams to support continuous improvement.
• Maintain system reliability, performance, and security across environments.

• Minimum 6 years of experience in IT Operations or Dev Ops.
• Strong experience supporting .NET applications.
• Solid networking knowledge including DNS, TCP/IP, subnetting, routing, and security principles.
• Experience troubleshooting across infrastructure, applications, and network layers.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external vendors.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Networking, Systems, or Cloud-related certification (e.g., CompTIA Network+, AWS, Azure, CCNA).
