Starting Pay: $16.63 – $18.85 per hour (varies by role)

Full‑time positions with stable schedules. Hours may vary.

Work inside turkey barns with live animals.

Mandatory shower‑in / shower‑out for biosecurity.

Lifting: 45 lbs required; 70 lbs for milker role.

• You are 18 years old or older.
• You are authorized to work in the United States.
• You have reliable transportation; you may be required to travel between multiple farm locations.
• You can handle physical tasks, including lifting up to 70 lbs.
• You are comfortable working around live animals.
• You will follow strict biosecurity procedures.
• Experience with agriculture or animals is helpful but not required; training is provided.

We are hiring dependable, hard‑working team members to support turkey breeder farm operations in Aurora and Monett. These roles maintain healthy birds and support the food supply chain.

Employees work directly with live turkeys inside controlled barn environments. Duties vary by position but include animal handling, production tasks, sanitation, and general farm work.

• Support breeding operations, including catching and moving birds safely as directed.
• Collect semen from breeder toms.
• Administer vaccines according to protocols.
• Maintain accurate records.
• Perform cleaning and sanitation.
• Prepare barns and provide maintenance support.
• Handle equipment and other farm duties.
• Stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks on a daily basis.
• Assist with any additional duties required to maintain healthy flock and farm operations.
