Production Supervisor

Job Title: Production Supervisor
Location: Monett, MO

This position requires 12‑hour night shifts, including nights and weekends. Eligible candidates may move to day shifts after demonstrating successful performance. A relocation bonus of up to $10,000 is available for those moving more than 50 miles.

• Leadership: Engage and coach your production team, communicate expectations, provide ongoing feedback, guide partners to maximize efficiencies, oversee plant processes, support diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives.
• Manufacturing Operations: Daily problem‑solving to identify waste and cost‑reduction opportunities, participate in capital improvement projects, resolve roadblocks to maximize production efficiencies.
• Customer Compliance: Develop and demonstrate knowledge of government regulations, represent the plant in regulatory, customer and internal audits, establish and audit standard operating procedures to ensure customer requirements are met.

• Bachelor’s degree in dairy, food science, agriculture, business, or related field (preferred).
• High school diploma or GED with 3–5 years of proven leadership or manufacturing experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence others.
• Proactive, self‑accountable, solution‑oriented, and eager to learn and improve.
• Ability to collaborate with partners from diverse backgrounds while fostering dignity and respect.

• Stand up to 12 hours per day.
• Walk up to 60 minutes per hour.
• Sit up to 15 minutes per hour.
• Lift/Carry up to 50 pounds.
• Bend/Squat/Twist as required.
