Production Supervisor - 1st Shift

Position Summary

The Production Supervisor I oversees the day‑to‑day activities of a small production team, ensuring operations run smoothly and efficiently. This entry‑level supervisory role supports team success while learning under the guidance of senior managers and following production plans.

• Supervise frontline production staff and daily operations.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and productivity standards.
• Monitor production schedules and adjust resources as needed.
• Work under close supervision of higher management and execute decisions made by senior leaders.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree or technical certification preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Basic leadership or team‑lead experience.
• Familiarity with production equipment and processes.
