Working as a member of a team within the assembly area, this position will assist in the attainment of all manufacturing production requirements by learning and following all process steps and requirements necessary to build and produce orders.

• Assemble finished product using parts and fasteners.
• Piece togetherdifferent partsof manufactured products.
• Read detailed blueprints to learn how to assemble products.
• Use hand tools or machines to complete projects.
• Responsible for quality control.
• Ability to work in teams andcross train tovarious aspects of department.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) preferred.
• Three to six months related experience ina manufacturingdepartment.

• Ability to carry out instructionsfurnishedin written or verbal form.
• Ability to read and interpret basic documents, safetyrulesand other correspondence.
• Ability todistinguish between color s .

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide using basic math skills.
• Ability to use and read a tape measure.

• Demonstrated ability to perform duties with direction.
• Demonstrates ability to use the handheld scanners accurately.
• Demonstrates inventory accuracy.
• Demonstrates ability to print all paperwork necessary for the department.
• Demonstrates ability toutilizehandheldtools, both manual and powered.
• Ensure facility maintenance through housekeeping, keeping product and facility secure, andmaintainingthe assets of the facility.

Must maintain regular and acceptable attendance at such a level as is determined in the company’s employee handbook. Must be available and willing to work overtime hours as the employer determines is necessary or desirable to meet its business needs. Position is onsite and not remote eligible.

Compensation for this position will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and qualifications, aligning with industry standards. The salary range for Monett, MO is also based upon geographical market standards for the industry and position in those areas.
