We are hiring dependable, hard-working team members to support turkey breeder farm operations in the Aurora and Monett areas. These roles are essential to maintaining healthy birds and supporting the food supply chain.

Employees work directly with live turkeys inside controlled barn environments. Duties vary by position but include animal handling, production tasks, sanitation, and general farm work.

Because protecting flock health is critical, all farms follow strict biosecurity procedures, including required shower-in and shower-out before entering or leaving barns.

Some roles may require traveling between different farm locations. Reliable transportation must be reliable.

Catch and move birds safely as directed

Fast-paced, team-oriented work

Physically demanding

Collect semen from breeder toms (training provided)

Support breeding operations

Requires attention to detail and physical strength

Lift up to 70 lbs

Administer vaccines according to protocols

Handle birds humanely and carefully

Maintain accurate records

Cleaning and sanitation

Barn preparation and maintenance support

Equipment handling and other farm duties

Inside agricultural barns with dust, feathers, odors, and noise

Temperature varies by season

Standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive tasks required

Must be comfortable working around live animals

Weekly pay

Stable full-time schedules (hours may vary by production needs)

Some roles may qualify for production bonuses

Occasional early mornings, weekends, or extended hours may be required

To protect animal health, all employees must:

Shower before entering barns

Change into company-provided clothing

Shower again when exiting

Must be at least 18 years old

Comfortable working with live animals

Willing to follow strict biosecurity procedures

Ability to lift up to 45 lbs (up to 70 lbs for Milker role)

Agricultural or animal experience is helpful but not required — training is provided.
