Delivery Driver

• Deliver product by car to customer door
• Deliver flyers and door hangers
• Operate delivery vehicle and ensure safe driving
• Use vehicle to navigate delivery area, read maps and locate addresses
• Manage loads of up to 50 pounds, including cases of ingredients and supplies
• Steer through adverse terrain, multi‑story buildings, stairs and other delivery sites
• Communicate with customers and co‑workers verbally and over phone to process orders
• Perform basic customer service tasks such as providing correct change and handling money
• Enter orders using computer keyboard or touch screen as required
• Carry and push trays for pizza delivery
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report any issues to management

• Minimum 18 years of age
• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record that meets company standards
• Access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery (include vehicle details)
• Strong navigational skills and the ability to read maps and locate addresses within designated delivery area
• Ability to navigate adverse terrain, including multi‑story buildings, private homes, and five or more flights of stairs
• Good verbal, written, and telephone communication skills
• Basic math skills for making accurate monetary change
• Proficient in using a computer keyboard or touch screen for order entry
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, carry 30‑pound items and push/carry trays as required

• Stand for most tasks, walk short distances on various floor surfaces, sit at a desk for paperwork
• Lifting: unload bulk product deliveries up to 50 pounds, stack up to 72 high
• Carrying: handle sometimes 30‑pound ingredients, carry multiple trays (~12 pounds each)
• Pushing/Pulling trays on dollies requiring up to 7.5 pounds of force
• Climbing stairs or ladders infrequently for maintenance or signage
• Exposure to varying weather conditions during delivery, in‑store temperatures ranging 36–90 °F, and sudden temperature changes
• Exposure to food odor fumes, cornmeal dust, and crisp surfaces
• Work in cramped quarters including walk‑in cooler, and operate hot surfaces or tools up to 500 °F
• Requires strong eye‑hand coordination and motor skills for handling pizza dough, pizza peel, cutter and boxes

• Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
• Must be able to make correct monetary change
• Must be able to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
