We are looking for a service-oriented, detail-focused professional to join our team as a Personal Lines Insurance Customer Service Representative. • Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly service to clients and internal team members
• Respond to client inquiries, process updates, and assist with policy documentation for farm and crop insurance
• Support producers with client communication and account servicing
• Maintain accurate client records and task follow-ups in our management system
• Stay informed on industry trends and carrier guidelines
• Identify opportunities to improve coverage or streamline service

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Attention to detail and a proactive mindset
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
• A professional, client-focused approach

• Prior customer service or administrative experience
• A current Property & Casualty Insurance license (or willingness to obtain)
