Full-Time Monday through Friday
What Will You Do in This Role?As a Maintenance Assistant, you will perform the activities of the maintenance department to ensure environmental compliance in accordance with federal, state, and local ordinances, regulations, and building codes. You will assist in the maintenance of the facility to ensure a sanitary, attractive, and orderly condition, in good repair, free from hazards such as those caused by electrical, plumbing, ventilation, heating, and cooling systems.
DoYou Have What It Takes?
- Fire and passion for working with seniors
- A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
- High school diploma, or equivalent, preferred
- Prior experience in maintenance in an LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting highly preferred
- Prior maintenance experience required
- Knowledge of commercial laundry, housekeeping, and maintenance procedures
- Professional image in both appearance and behavior
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
