What You’ll Do as a Sales Specialist
- Customer Acquisition:
Proactively seek out and develop new customer relationships through networking, prospecting, and lead follow-up. - Become a Trusted Advisor:
Get to know your clients, conduct thorough needs analyses, and present insurance solutions that align with their unique needs and goals. - Achieve Sales Goals:
Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively quoting and closing policies for Auto, Home, Life, and other lines of insurance. - Engage Locally:
Represent our agency at community events to build brand awareness and generate new business opportunities.
- Proven Sales
Experience:
Previous experience in a sales or results-driven role is strongly preferred. - Goal-Oriented Self-Starter:
Highly motivated to achieve sales targets, able to work independently, and manage a sales pipeline effectively. - Licensing:
Must obtain Property & Casualty license within 30 days of start date (we’ll help guide you through the process – reimbursed with successful completion). - Tech-Proficient:
Comfortable with Microsoft Office and digital devices (smartphones, tablets, laptops). - Bilingual fluency in both written and spoken English and Spanish is a plus.
