This position covers a maternal leave and offers hands-on experience with K-12 students in an itinerant role across multiple sites, all within the greater Monmouth, OR area. Work closely with students and educational teams from September 8, 2026, through December 18, 2026, making a meaningful impact throughout the semester.

Qualifications:

• Active and valid Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Oregon
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is highly valued
• Ability to provide onsite therapy; this is not a teletherapy (VOCO) position
• Comfortable traveling between multiple schools during the workweek (itinerant role)
• Full-time availability for 37.5 hours per week throughout the contract duration
• Strong communication and collaborative skills when working within interdisciplinary teams
• Ability to provide contact information for your three most recent supervisor references as part of the consideration process

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct physical therapy services to a K-12 caseload, adapting interventions as needed for varying developmental and physical needs
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on student goals
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to maximize student progress and participation
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation consistent with school and state guidelines
• Attend IEP meetings as necessary and contribute effectively to student support planning
