Wage: $73,306/year + DOE + DOQ
Schedule: Monday - Friday and monthly on-call status

Preferred Qualifications- Four year degree in relevant filed preferred. An equivalent of high school diploma or GED + 2 years of experience can be substituted.
- 2+ years of case management or social services experience; and/or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred but not required.
- 3+ years of supervision is preferred.
- Excellent technical language skills, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential matter and sensitive information.
- High proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Suite, Zoom, etc.
- Experience or capacity for database management preferred.
- Must have valid Oregon Drivers license; must have been a licensed driver for at least 2 years; must have a driving record that permits coverage under C@P company insurance.
Job Duties Include (But Not Limited To)
- Leadership
- Responsible for using tenets of trauma informed care and outward mindset in resolving staff and resident conflict.
- Responsible for maintaining staff training log and ensuring all staff are adequately trained for their position.
- Work with the case management team, Shift Lead team and Safety team to ensure continuity of care for shelter guests.
- Provide responsive, calm and thorough supervision to Reception, Warming, Sanitation, Case Managers, Shift Leads and Assistant Managers working at the shelter.
- Provide real time feedback and correction to staff following the Staff Feedback Procedure.
- Assist other staff and volunteers in providing a calm and safe environment for guests. This may include checking restroom activity or monitoring door and/or parking lot activity or handing out supplies.
- Mentor staff & volunteers when necessary.
- Work together with other management teams to ensure site coverage, safety, and other site needs.
- Oversight of Site
- Required "on call" overnight availability at least one week per month.
- Review incident reports and grievances weekly and create a monthly incident report roll-up for the C@P Executive Team and Board of Directors.
- Keep up to date policies and procedures for Shelter(s). Create & monitor schedules to ensure staff & volunteers are reporting to their assignments, taking breaks and documenting incidents.
- Oversee Shift Leads and Reception staff who manage guest services including: food, belongings, location, directions and clarifying expectations.
- Conduct timely Employee Reviews incorporating peer feedback.
- Ensure quality, respectful service provided by shelter staff who respond to guest questions about clothing, snacks, blankets, restrooms, charging stations/locations, and local resources.
- Carry out shelter protocols and emergency procedures in the event of an incident.
- Attend required training and learn policies and procedures for shelter operations.
- Oversee the inventory of site supplies with the maintenance of a supply form.
- Review employee timecards and keep them up to date.
- Data Entry
- Oversee the collection of Data into HMIS and Activate Care.
- Ensure quality reporting for billing of services.
- Oversee the documentation of various forms in Cognito Forms; including resident grievance process, incident reporting, transition plans, action plans, etc.
- Community Integration
- Attend community events and trainings.
- Build relationships with area businesses, neighbors, and stakeholders.
- Respond to internal and external communication in a timely manner, prioritizing responses based on level of need.
- Check Homebase at least once per shift.
- Check email at least once per shift.
Close quarters with vulnerable people including individuals without stable living situations who may be struggling with mental health and substance use concerns.
Indoor/Outdoor work environment with frequent interruptions and demands, and occasional unpredictable behavior.
Must be able to push, pull, and/or lift 50 pounds or less.
Must be able to go up and down stairs.
Driving between Church at the Park operated and managed sites.
