• Responsible for the total nursing needs of residents, incorporating our “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.”
• Ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors, and support residents’ participation in their daily life rhythm.
• Perform comprehensive nursing evaluations and assessments.
• Initiate plan of care as needed and appropriately supervise resident care.
• Develop assignments in coordination with care partners, and hold each team member accountable for resident care and satisfaction.

• Part Time – Saturdays 6 a.m.–6 p.m.
• Shift differential: $2–$3 per shift.
• Current RN license in the state for which you are applying.
• Prior nursing experience (senior care, skilled nursing, post-acute or sub-acute care) preferred.
• New graduates welcome.
