- Respond to patient inquiries, triage urgent needs, and coordinate care efficiently.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure first-call resolution and quality interactions.
- Utilize EPIC EMR system to document and manage patient information.
- Position is relief (on-call) with competitive pay starting at $41.66/hour, plus bilingual bonus.
- Qualifications include RN license in WA/OR, outpatient experience preferred, and bilingual skills are a plus.
