M2 Flooring is a growing flooring contractor delivering high-quality flooring across commercial and residential projects. We pride ourselves on craftsmanship, reliability, and excellent customer service, and we're looking for an experienced Floor Fitter to join our team.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Floor Fitter to install a variety of flooring products to the highest standard. The successful candidate will work on a range of projects, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and professionally.

• Installation of vinyl, LVT, carpet, safety flooring, laminate, and other floor coverings.
• Surface preparation, including screeding and subfloor preparation.
• Measuring, cutting, and fitting flooring materials accurately.
• Maintaining high standards of workmanship and attention to detail.
• Working independently and as part of a team.
• Ensuring health and safety procedures are followed at all times.

• Proven experience as a Floor Fitter.
• Strong knowledge of various flooring products and installation techniques.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.
• Ability to read plans and work from specifications.
• Good problem-solving skills and a strong work ethic.
• CSCS card advantageous but not essential.
