Assistant Personal Builder

As an Assistant Personal Builder, you will receive hands‑on training and expertise by working with our Personal Builders to provide outstanding customer service and deliver quality‑built homes.

• Developing great relationships with suppliers and trade partners through ongoing and consistent communication.
• Coordinating onsite construction activities under the direction of the Personal Builder.
• Assisting with the scheduling of trade partners and inspecting construction for quality and conformance with plans.
• Working with the Personal Builder to guide the customer through the homebuilding process, from pre‑construction through warranty.
• Monitoring jobsite safety and erosion control compliance.
