Overview

Topgolf is hiring for Golf Service Associate roles. This position supports players, maintains a welcoming venue, and contributes to a fun and safe experience aligned with Topgolf’s core values.

• Welcome and assist players with check-in and reservations, providing information to help them start and enjoy their Topgolf experience.
• Share detailed information about the venue, gameplay, and current promotions to help players make the most of their visit.
• Assist with golf clubs and equipment to ensure players have the right gear for a great time.
• Keep the venue clean, organized, and inviting, including retail areas, and offer helpful guidance and recommendations.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation standards to maintain a safe environment for guests and team members.
• Live Topgolf values (Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage, Caring) to ensure an exceptional guest experience and supportive teamwork.

• Positive attitude and willingness to engage with guests and teammates.
• Team mindset and focus on delivering excellent player experiences.
• Ability to thrive in a busy, high-traffic environment.
• Hospitality or entertainment experience is a plus but not required; all applicants start somewhere.

• Lift and move items up to 50 lbs (e.g., carrying golf bags across multiple floors).
• Be on your feet for most of the shift and stay active throughout the day.
• Engage in a variety of physical tasks and maintain a can-do attitude.
• Endure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
