Full time is seeing around 25-30 clients a week, plus documentation and consultation time.

Position Title:
Outpatient Psychotherapist (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Licensed Clinical Psychologist.) Must be fully licensed and met all hours and passed your exam.

Reports to: Executive Director and Clinical Director

• Work with a supportive, collaborative team of therapists
• Regular staff casing and consultation- benefit from our experienced therapists
• Administrative staff to handle credentialing, appointment scheduling, patient payment collection, marketing, and more so you can focus on your clients!
• Contracts with a wide range of insurance panels, including some of the largest HMOs in Dane County (Quartz and Dean/SSM Health)
• Knowledgeable insurance biller to handle all insurance billing

• Graduation from an accredited college or university with a master’s or doctor’s degree in mental health counseling.
• Clinical training and experience, validated by full state licensure in mental health counseling.
• Be comfortable and committed to the integration of spirituality and faith in our relationships with our colleagues and clients. On going training for spirituality therapy is provided.

• Provide compassionate, client-centered individual, couples, and family therapy using evidence-based practices like cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing.
• Create a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard and valued, respecting their unique backgrounds and preferences, including spiritual or faith perspectives when requested.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop personalized treatment plans that promote healing and growth.
• Collaborate with our dedicated team of therapists for case consultations and ongoing professional development.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations and ethical guidelines.
• Stay informed on best practices and continue enhancing your clinical skills through training opportunities, including spiritual integration therapy if desired.
• Contribute to the welcoming and inclusive culture of Samaritan Counseling Center, supporting our mission to serve all members of the community with empathy and respect.

Compensation is commission based with our full-time therapists earning $70,000-$95,000+ yearly.
