As the General Manager, you’re the driving force behind the entire restaurant operation—leading the Front of House (FOH), Back of House (BOH), training, finance, payroll, and employee development. You’ll be responsible for hitting (and surpassing) key business goals, including revenue, profit, and cost control. • Develop and execute a dynamic restaurant business plan by analyzing market trends, understanding guest demands, and evaluating competitors.
• Drive financial performance by setting ambitious goals, tracking variances, and implementing smart, data-driven solutions.

• Maximize revenue and profit by managing budgets, forecasts, and financial controls.
• Analyze P&L statements, identify areas for improvement, and take action to control costs and increase profitability.
