A local government agency is seeking seasonal lifeguards to ensure the safety of pool patrons at the Monona Community Pool. This role requires a minimum age of 15, proficiency in swimming, and a valid lifeguard certification. Lifeguards will enforce pool rules, supervise patrons, and respond to emergencies. Flexibility in schedule is required, including nights and weekends. This is a limited-term position from June to August with a pay scale based on experience, starting at $17.00/hour.
