About Us

Swiss Cellars is an independently owned importer and distributor of beverages serving primarily the Wisconsin market. Our customers are retailers, restaurants and bars.

We are seeking a new part‑time team member to join our family and maintain our standards of service and dedication. The role requires immediate availability and primarily involves evening hours (usually Tue‑Thu) for 2–5 hours per shift, with daytime availability Wed‑Fri as backup delivery driver/merchandiser. Schedule changes may occur on holiday weeks.

• Load and unload trucks; receive, organize, and check inventory against purchase orders.
• Process and pick orders; create and check delivery manifests using routing software.
• Load orders onto delivery vehicles according to the manifest and check for accuracy.
• Send reports to, and receive orders from the office, using a Windows‑based computer.
• Perform various company tasks such as spot inventory counts, cleaning, and light vehicle maintenance.
• Backup delivery driver for daytime hours Wed‑Fri.

• Highly motivated, well organized, focused, detail‑oriented, accurate record‑keeping.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong reading and writing skills.
• Good with numbers.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and Windows‑based computer.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Reliability of a personal vehicle to get to work; email/phone access from home.
• Warehouse experience and business delivery experience preferred.
• Available to work evenings, Monday through Thursday.
• Able to lift at least 35 lbs many times daily.

Primary reporting directly to the owner; secondary reporting to the office manager.
