About this positionPosition Description
We are looking for a motivated, dependable, and organized person to join our team as a Warehouse & Inventory Associate. This position will help keep our warehouse organized, maintain accurate inventory, prepare parts and supplies for customers and technicians, assist with shipping and receiving and putting away our stock orders. The ideal candidate is someone who pays attention to detail, works well independently and with others, and is willing to help wherever needed.
When needed, this position may also assist with local parts deliveries, so a clean driving record and a valid driver’s license are required.
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm. We are a drug-free company and require a negative pre-employment drug screen, as well as random, regular drug testing.
We test for ALL drugs.
- Pull parts (often using a forklift) and supplies for shop sales, counter sales, and deliveries
- Receive, check, and put away incoming parts and stock orders (often using a forklift)
- Verify shipments for accuracy and report any shortages or damaged items
- Package and prepare orders for shipment
- Keep shipping and receiving areas clean and organized
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with regular cycle counts
- Help identify low-stock, damaged, or obsolete items
- Check supplies and parts to ensure quality and accuracy
- Properly label, organize, and store inventory
- Assist with inventory adjustments and maintaining accurate records
- Help with general warehouse duties and other tasks as needed
- Make local parts and supply deliveries when needed
- Load and secure items for delivery
- Verify delivery orders and obtain necessary signatures
- Represent the company professionally when interacting with customers and vendors
- Maintain a clean and safe company vehicle
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to lift and move 50–75 lbs regularly
- Forklift certified or previous forklift experience
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Willingness to learn and take on a variety of responsibilities
- Previous warehouse, inventory, or parts experience
- Basic knowledge of automotive, equipment, or mechanical parts
- Basic knowledge of computers & navigating
