Accountant
Location: Monroe, CT
Target Compensation: $29.00 – $31.00/hour

- Prepare journal entries and reconcile general ledger accounts
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
- Support budgeting, financial reporting, and account analysis activities
- Review and reconcile client-related billing and revenue transactions
- Assist with audit preparation and ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 2+ years of accounting experience preferred
- Experience with account reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software/ERP systems
