We’re a fast-growing small business seeking a hands‑on Bookkeeper / Office Manager who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment. This is a high‑impact role working directly with leadership to bring structure, organization, and financial clarity as we scale.

• Day‑to‑day office operations and workflow
• Vendor coordination, supplies, and logistics
• Full‑cycle bookkeeping (AP/AR, reconciliations, general ledger)
• Support payroll processing and employee records
• Support monthly financial statements and reporting
• Support cash flow tracking, budgets, and compliance
• Support implementing scalable systems and processes

• Strong grasp of debits, credits, and financial reporting
• Payroll and tax compliance familiarity
• Sage or similar accounting software proficiency
• Highly organized, proactive, detail‑driven
• Independent problem‑solver with strong communication skills
