Operations Manager
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical work on new construction projects in the Southbury, CT area. This role is responsible for coordinating subcontractors, ensuring quality standards are met, and keeping projects on schedule.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and oversee electrical work for new construction buildouts
- Manage and coordinate electrical subcontractors on job sites
- Ensure all work is completed safely, accurately, and in compliance with codes and standards
- Monitor project timelines and ensure deadlines are met
- Perform quality checks and maintain high attention to detail
- Communicate effectively with project managers, team members, and subcontractors
- Strong experience in electrical systems and installation
- Experience in electrical maintenance and troubleshooting
- Proven ability to supervise and manage job sites
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- E2 Electrical License (preferred)
- Experience running construction job sites
- Familiarity with conduit installation and layout
- Construction job sites in and around Southbury, CT
- Fast‑paced, hands‑on environment requiring coordination with multiple teams

Contract to Hire (CTH) based in Monroe, CT (Southbury, CT area for project sites).
Pay And BenefitsPay range: $25.00 – $33.00 per hour. Benefits include the above listed as applicable.
