The goal of this position is to provide an active, self-supporting before and after school enrichment program. A variety of classes will be offered, including but not limited to STEM, arts & crafts, music, and athletic type activities.

• Collaborate with coordinators from other elementary schools.
• Meet with Principal to discuss program.
• Seek out instructors/programs and vet their work.
• Publish an on-line catalog and registration packet.
• Gather registrations, form classes, notify parents and teachers of enrollment.
• Notify nurse of students enrolled in each session.
• Complete building use forms.
• Provide school with calendar and lists of students participating in each workshop.
• Collect payment, tally, forward to BOE for deposit.
• Complete payment form for instructors
• Gather receipts for supply reimbursement.
• Maintain complete records and ensure program is self-supporting.
• Follow-up with delinquent families.
• Submit brochure to principal for approval.
• Other responsibilities deemed necessary by the building principal.

On-site Coordinator takes attendance; monitors instructors and classes for quality control.
A minimum of three six-week sessions to be offered per year.
