Arrow Behavioral Associates, a Finni Health company, is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Monroe, CT. This part-time, in-person role runs Monday–Friday from 8:30am to 12:30pm, with hourly pay of $21–$23.
You will work one-on-one to support skill development, communication, and independence using ABA principles under BCBA supervision. Responsibilities include implementing ABA plans, data collection, and maintaining positive rapport with families.
