Pay Rate: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Shift:

• 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 5:00 PM - 1:00 AM
• Weekend Shift: Friday-Monday, 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• Training for 1 week on 1st shift

• Knowledge of machine shop equipment and machining practices (hands‑on experience is a plus).
• Technical school training or on‑the‑job machining experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret mechanical drawings.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow directions closely.

• Preparing and operating CNC machines to perform precise drilling, milling, and grinding tasks.
• Reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and mechanical drawings to understand specifications.
• Translating technical instructions into accurate computer commands for machine operation.
• Loading raw materials and setting up machines for production.
• Running test pieces to ensure all outputs meet quality and dimensional standards.
• Monitoring machine performance and making adjustments as needed to maintain optimal results.
• Maintaining a clean, organized workspace and following all safety and quality procedures.
