Pay Rate: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
Schedules Available:
- 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 5:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- 3rd Shift: Friday-Monday, 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM

Education Requirements- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Technical training or manufacturing education is beneficial.
- 1-3 years of Machine Operator experience in a machining or high-tech manufacturing environment preferred
- 3+ years of experience as a Quality Operator or Inspector preferred
- Experience reading blueprints and technical specifications
- Experience using Windows-based computer systems
- Follow documented production procedures to complete assigned work orders
- Load fixtures and make machine or process adjustments as needed
- Inspect parts using microscopes and other quality inspection tools
- Read and interpret blueprints to verify product specifications
- Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs
- Set up jobs and prepare machinery for production runs
- Work closely with Engineering on new processes and improvements
- Maintain accurate production and quality records
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment while maintaining awareness of moving machinery.
- Ability to wear required personal protective equipment and work safely in a manufacturing environment.
- Maintain visual focus for detailed inspections using microscopes

As a Machine Operator you will operate, monitor, adjust, and maintain manufacturing equipment to produce quality products according to production schedules and established procedures. You will inspect finished products, replenish materials, identify equipment issues, perform routine machine checks, maintain production records, and support safe, efficient manufacturing operations.
