This is a full-time, on-site role located in Monroe, CT for a Senior Boiler Service Technician. The technician will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair on commercial and industrial boilers, troubleshooting system issues, and providing field service to clients. The role includes identifying and resolving technical problems, ensuring optimal performance of equipment, and delivering excellent customer service while adhering to safety standards.

• Comprehensive experience in Maintenance & Repair of commercial and industrial boilers
• Proficient in Troubleshooting technical issues and diagnosing equipment malfunctions
• Experience in Field Service operations, including on-site inspections and system servicing
• Strong Customer Service abilities, including clear communication and customer interaction skills
• Prior experience or knowledge in Maintenance, ensuring efficiency and safety compliance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems related to boiler operations
• Relevant industry certifications or licenses are a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification preferred
