WOW Express is seeking Lube Technicians to join its high-volume express lube operation in Monroe, Georgia. The position is focused exclusively on oil changes in the lube pit, with no general automotive repair responsibilities.

No previous automotive experience is required, with entry-level candidates starting at $12 per hour. Candidates with previous lube pit experience may earn $14-$16 per hour based on experience.

WOW Express has served the local community for more than 25 years and operates an express lube, automotive repair facility, and express car wash on one property.

• Perform oil changes in the express lube pit
• Remove and replace engine oil filters as part of oil-change service
• Complete assigned oil-change services efficiently in a high-volume express lube environment
• Follow established procedures while servicing customer vehicles
• Provide consistent, quality oil-change service
• Maintain a clean and organized lube pit and work area

• No previous automotive or lube technician experience is required for entry-level candidates
• Previous lube technician or lube pit experience qualifies candidates for consideration within the experienced pay range
• Ability to perform oil-change services in a high-volume express lube environment
• Ability to follow established service procedures and complete assigned work consistently
• Willingness to work in a role focused exclusively on oil changes

• $12 per hour for candidates with no previous automotive or lube technician experience
• $14-$16 per hour for candidates with previous lube technician experience, based on skill level and experience
• Expected hours: 36-42 per week

WOW Express offers an established, high-volume express lube environment backed by more than 25 years of service in the Monroe community. The operation is part of a locally owned automotive facility that also includes a full-service repair shop and express car wash.

The business is investing in continued growth, including nine additional service bays already constructed and equipped for future expansion. Paid training and certification support are available for employees looking to develop within the automotive industry.
