• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid SLP license for the state
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Previous experience in an educational environment preferred
• Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt to a diverse student population
• Enthusiasm for fostering student growth and advocating for their needs

• Managing a full-time, elementary-aged caseload in a supportive school setting
• Conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment goals
• Providing therapy services through evidence-based interventions
• Collaborating with teachers, families, and school staff to support student outcomes

• Participating in IEP meetings and contributing expertise to student plans
