Director - 21st Grant

Overall Purpose

The 21st Century Grant - Director provides support to the school system in disseminating, interpreting, and writing the 21st Century Community Learning Center grants. The Director is responsible for overall management of the program and its local site leadership.

• Leads the writing, submission, and renewal of grants and project proposals.
• Oversees program operations, personnel management (including payroll), financial compliance, regional and state engagement, and adherence to all grant requirements.
• Manages grants, including budget, data collection, fiscal reporting, annual reports, etc.
• Collaborates with school and district leaders to strategically plan and implement effective use of grant funds.
• Cultivates partnerships with county agencies, community organizations, and other stakeholders to strengthen program impact and sustainability.
• Designs and leads parent engagement initiatives aligned with grant goals.
• Performs other tasks consistent with the goals and objectives of this position.

Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force as frequently as needed to move objects.

• Bachelor’s degree or 7 years of experience working with grant‑funded programs
• Grant management experience preferred
• Experience with the 21st Century Community Learning Centers preferred
