Residential Manager DDP - Monroe, GA

Job Duties:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of residential programs and lead Direct Support Professional (DSP) staff to ensure consistent, high-quality care

• Manage staffing, scheduling, and coverage needs to maintain consistent and reliable operations

• Ensure all compliance documentation, reporting, and paperwork are completed accurately and on time in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards

• Coordinate and participate in state visits, audits, and annual client meetings

• Respond to occasional emergencies and support staff as needed

• Provide overall program leadership across multiple residential homes, promoting consistency, staff accountability, and a positive living environment for clients

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required; psychology, social work, social science or human services programs preferred

• 2+ years of experience in residential or human services

• 1+ years of supervisory or program management experience

• Current Georgia driver's license & reliable personal vehicle required
