E shift Monday–Thursday 7:00 p.m. to 5:30 a.m.
Essential Functions- Audit/verify process control documents for completion and accuracy.
- Enforce all organizational initiatives, including safety and quality policies.
- Coordinate training activities and audit effectiveness.
- Troubleshoot process issues to mitigate downtime.
- Ensure production areas are safe, neat, clean, and well organized.
- Coordinate changeover activities and audit for accuracy and accountability.
- Respect work hours, support production goals and timetables, which may require overtime.
- Ensure all associates follow procedures using ISO
14001 & TS16949 knowledge. - Complete all production, scrap, and down‑time reports properly and timely.
- Check product and/or component dimensions via in‑process inspection check sheets using various indicators and gauges as described in procedures or work instructions.
- Monitor equipment for unusual sounds, movements, or appearances that may indicate problems, and address any abnormalities.
- Monitor changing of simple parts and fixtures to facilitate changeover of product types.
- Visually and manually check for defects in product or workmanship.
- Accurately record process equipment settings and conditions using equipment verification check sheets.
- High School diploma or equivalent required; demonstrated leadership skills required.
- Five (5) years manufacturing experience with preference in equipment assembly or high‑speed equipment operation.
- Reading and writing ability sufficient to follow work order instructions and prepare simple production reports.
- Basic math skills.
- Manual dexterity to operate machines properly.
- Corrected visual acuity to read instructions, operate machines, and visually inspect parts.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and perform frequent standing and walking tasks.
- Physical strength sufficient to lift and carry up to 25 pounds frequently.

Work EnvironmentThis position works in a warehouse/production environment. The employee occasionally works near moving mechanical parts and in loud noise levels. Personal protective equipment may be required in certain areas of the manufacturing environment.
