• Conduct daily inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies between physical and digital records.
• Review and apply inventory activities, including movements and deletions.
• Maintain and update inventory records.
• Reconcile inventory discrepancies and identify root causes.
• Ensure the inventory ERP system reflects true value.
• Prepare inventory reports for management as needed.
• Prepare a list of depleted products and a survey of unusable products.
• Other duties as assigned and modifiable job responsibilities.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft 365 (a plus).
• Ability to manage multiple inventory projects simultaneously.
• High school Diploma or GED required.

• Experience with D365 preferred.
• Inventory management experience preferred.
