Attendant Technician - Coilers

Department AR Shift Coach

• Must have a good understanding of the following skills or be pursuing them through formal inside or outside education.
• Safety Procedures and Programs.
• ISO
  9001.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good math and computer skills.
• Must be multiple tasks oriented.
• Must be able to use critical thinking skills in a fast-paced environment to make sound decisions.
• Must be able to solve problems using Continuous Improvement tools and techniques.
• Elevate the processes using the tools and techniques of Continuous Improvement.

• Operate 3-4 coilers simultaneously producing an acceptable coil meeting or exceeding the minimum acceptable level of output.
• Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any nonconformity related to product, process and the system.
• Conduct Quality checks to identify and record any problems relating to the product, process, and the quality system.
• Initiate, recommend, or provide suggestions to improve the product or process.
• Identify and control nonconforming product until the deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected.

• Safety
• Understand and comply with all safety rules.
• Understand and comply with all OSHA regulations and programs.
• Report all accidents, no matter how minor, immediately.
• Report any unsafe conditions in the work area.
