Exceptional Community Services (ECS) is actively hiring Registered Nurses (RN) for their team in Monroe, GA. Full and part-time roles available with flexible hours.
As an RN, you'll provide clinical oversight and coordinate healthcare services for individuals receiving support services, ensuring their health, safety, and overall well-being. You'll conduct assessments, develop healthcare plans, monitor medical needs, supervise support staff, and collaborate with physicians, families and interdisciplinary teams.

Job Duties:
• Conduct nursing assessments and develop individualized healthcare plans to support health and independence
• Coordinate healthcare services, including appointments, physician orders, medications, and preventative care
• Provide clinical oversight and delegate nursing-related tasks to LPNs and Direct Support Staff (DSS)
• Monitor changes in condition, medication effectiveness, and health risks, ensuring timely follow-up and communication with providers
• Serve as a liaison between individuals, families, caregivers, physicians, and interdisciplinary care teams
• Provide health education and training related to care plans, medications, infection control, and healthcare procedures
• Maintain compliance with nursing standards, regulatory requirements, and documentation practices
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in nursing, preferred
• Valid Georgia RN license, required
• Valid Georgia driver's license, required
• 5+ years of prior nursing experience, required
• 2+ years of experience treating individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities, required
